Privacy information
When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, service address, ZIP code, requested service, timing, optional description, and any SMS consent you choose to provide. We use these details to review your request and coordinate a referral.
We may share relevant request details with an independent HVAC contractor when needed to assess availability and provide the requested referral. Service requests are stored in our application database. We use service providers for application hosting, database storage, and, when configured, operational email notifications.
SMS consent is optional and is recorded with its text, time, and IP address. No homeowner payment information is collected. Contact the HVACSameDay operator to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
